SURF CITY LOUNGE will feature an open-air, Hawaiian style Tiki Bar. Classic Tiki libations and craft cocktails will be served alongside a very creative Polynesian styled menu with something for everyone.
Longtime surfer, Chef and Founder of Surf City Sandwich, Paul "FIG" Figliomeni has been collecting Tiki Mugs and Hawaiiana since 2005. He has teamed up with Squid and Tiki Diablo, 2 of the best Tiki artists in the world, to sculpt and produce our designs for Tiki Mugs. Tiki Diablo has been enlisted to help build our bar and restaurant! Fig and Elaine have been painstakingly doing market research across the country at various Tiki Bars and restaurants, taking notes along the way for this buildout.
